You can also specify special details (like eye color or spots) in the instructions field.
Yes, absolutely! Once our artists finish sculpting and painting your pet's clay figurine, we will email you detailed, high-resolution preview photos. If you need any color adjustments or structural tweaks, we do them for free. We only bake and ship once you are 100% happy with the likeness.
Because each clay sculpture is completely hand-modeled, painted, and glazed by hand, our current creation time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the USA.
